The Siena Hills Homeowners' Association Board of Directors meets the first Thursday of each quarter.

Directors are volunteers who serve for terms of three years. Elections are conducted at the association's annual business meetings held each January. Board members may also be appointed to serve out the remainder of a term, in the event of a vacancy. The board comprises a minimum of three directors and a maximum of five.

Annual and quarterly meetings are open to all homeowner-members in good standing, although the board reserves the right to conduct some discussions, such as those involving financial and legal considerations, in private.
