Annual homeowner-member dues are currently $200, increasing to $250 in 2026.

Invoices are emailed after the annual meeting the second week of January and due 1 February.

• Pay with credit card (additional transaction fee is assessed) via emailed invoice from QuickBooks

• Checks can be made out to Siena Hills HOA and mailed to:

     (Your financial institution may have limits or restrictions. Check with them if issue with processing.)

15% late fee per annum is charged automatically after due date. Payment applied as follows: legal fees, late fees, mailing fee, then HOA dues

Note: Homes cannot be sold and households cannot vote unless all fees are paid in full  

Past due accounts are handed over to an attorney for collection. Any and all associated fees are the responsibility of the property owner(s).
